护理干预在抑郁症伴有自杀行为患者中的应用

目的探讨护理干预在抑郁症伴有自杀行为患者中的应用效果。方法对10例抑郁症伴有自杀倾向患者进行风险评估、评估自杀高危因素、严格执行安全管理制度与保护制度、改变患者认知结构等。结果抑郁症伴有自杀倾向患者的自杀行为包括顿服大量药物、喝农药、割腕、溺水、自缢。患者自杀行为均被及时发现,自杀未遂。10例患者经治疗和护理均康复出院。结论对抑郁症伴有自杀行为患者实施有效的护理干预,可有效降低医疗风险和患者自杀的发生率。

Effect of nursing intervention on the patients with depression associated with suicidal behaviors

Objective To explore the effect of nursing strategies on the patients with depression combined with suicidal behaviors.Methods Among 10 patients with depression combined with tending to commit suicide,risk assessments were done,the high risk suicidal factors were assessed,safety system were rigidly manipulated and their recognition structure was changed.Results The risk factors included taking large dosage of medicine at a draught,taking pesticides,wrist cutting,drowning,hanging oneself.All the 10 cases performing those risk factors were found in time,so their suicide was just attempted.All of them were pertinently treated and nursed and then discharged.Conclusion The risk assessments and nursing interventions that are conducted to the patients with depression combined with suicide may be effective for lowering medical risks and reducing the incidence of suicide.
