| 摘 要： | 目的探讨影响脊柱手术后患者心理状态的因素,并提出针对性对策。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,对100例脊柱术后患者进行调查,了解影响其心理状态的因素。结果影响脊柱术后患者心理状态的因素包括环境、疼痛、临床操作、病情、病友恢复情况、患者家属态度等方面。结论对患者进行合理有效、个性化的心理护理,对缓解患者的焦虑、紧张情绪,建立正性心理因素,增强患者对疼痛的调控能力具有积极意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the influential factors of psychological status in patients undergoing spinal surgery. Methods 100 inpatients and 38 professional nurses were randomly selected for the survey by using anonymous questionnaires. The data were analyzed. Result Psychological conflicts focused on the environment, pain, clinical practice, recovery of themselves and other patients, and satisfaction of patients and their families. Conclusion Reasonable, effective and personalized psychological care, elimination of anxiety and tension, establishment of positive psychology and enhanced regulatory capacity of pain may be helpful for patients′ recovery. |
