皮格马利翁效应在断指再植患者中的应用

目的探讨应用皮格马利翁效应在断指再植患者中的应用效果。方法对30例断指再植患者应用皮格马利翁效应实施相应护理．包括心理护理、疼痛护理、知识宣教和社会支持等。结果本组患者早期功能锻炼完全依从21例（70．0％）；再植指功能康复效果优良26例（86．7％）。结论应用皮格马利翁效应实施相应护理可提高断指再植患者早期功能锻炼的依从性，促进患者机体功能的早日康复。

Application of Pygmalion effect in patients with replantation of amputated finger

Objective To explore effect of Pygmalion effect in patients with replantation of amputated finger using. Method 30 patients with replantation of amputated fingers were cared using Pygmalion effect including implementation of psychological nursing, pain nursing, knowledge education and social support. Results 21 patients （70.0%） fully complied with early function exercises. 26 patients （86.7%） were well recovered. Conclusion Pygmalion Effect can improve the compliance of patients with replantation of amputated finger with early functional exercises and promote their early rehabilitation.
