| 摘 要： | 目的探讨家庭随访对帕金森病患者运动功能和日常生活能力、焦虑状况的影响。方法将60例帕金森病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例,两组患者均接受常规出院指导,观察组在此基础上,出院后接受责任护士定期电话随访及上门家庭随访。家庭随访1年后,比较两组患者运动功能和日常生活能力及焦虑状况。结果两组患者运动功能、日常生活能力和焦虑评分比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.01),观察组患者优于对照组。结论家庭随访能明显提高帕金森病患者运动功能、日常生活能力,减轻或改善患者焦虑症状。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of family follow-up on the motor function,activity of daily life and anxiety in Parkinsonians.Methods 60 Parkinsonian were randomly assigned to observation and control groups in equal number.All the patients were educated with discharge instructions.Besides,the observation group was followed up on phone calls or by nurse＇s visiting.After one year follow-up,the two groups were compared in terms of motor function,activity of daily life and anxiety.Results The observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of motor function,activity of daily life and anxiety（P 〈0.01,for all）.Conclusion Family follow-up may significantly improve motor function and the activity of daily living in patients with Parkinson＇s disease,and mitigate their anxiety. |
