加速康复外科在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术护理中的应用

目的探讨加速康复外科理念在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除围手术期护理安全性和有效性。方法将行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除患者116例随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各58例。实验组患者将加速康复外科这一理念实施护理,对照组采用传统护理方法。比较两组患者术后恶心和呕吐的发生率,术后肛门排气时间,住院时间以及治疗费用等。结果实验组患者术后恶心、呕吐的发生率低于对照组,术后肛门排气时间早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,治疗费用少于对照组,两组比较,均P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论将加速康复外科理念用于腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术围手术期护理,有利于减少患者并发症,缩短住院时间,降低住院费用。

Application of fast track surgery in perioperative nursing care during laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy

Objective To explore the feasibility and safety of fast track surgery in perioperative nursing during laparoscopic hysterom-yomectomy.Methods 116 patients with myoma treated with laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy were randomly divided into two groups equally：fast track group and conventional group.The operative time,blood loss,the postoperative nausea and vomiting,recovery of bowel function,postoperative hospital stay and medical cost were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in operative time and blood loss between the two groups.The postoperative nausea and vomiting,postoperative hospital stay and medical cost in fast track group were all significantly lower and the recovery of bowel function was faster than those in conventional group（P 〈0.05）.Conclusions Fast track surgery is more favourable for reduction of complications,shortening hospital time and lowering of medical expenses in guiding perioperative nursing care during laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy.
