院外康复运动锻炼对慢性心力衰竭患者生活质量及再入院率的影响

目的探讨康复锻炼对慢性心力衰竭（chronic heart failure，CHF）患者生活质量及再入院率的影响。方法将64例CHF患者随机分为实验组和对照组，每组各32例。两组患者出院时均给予出院健康指导，对照组患者给予药物治疗，实验组患者在药物治疗基础上，按照康复运动计划实施康复运动锻炼，并由专人电话随访。6个月后观察两组患者运动耐力、生活质量及再入院情况。结果两组患者运动耐力、生活质量及再入院情况比较，实验组患者明显优于对照组（均P〈0．05）。结论出院后患者坚持康复运动锻炼可以改善患者的运动耐力，提高生活质量，降低再入院率。

Effects of the off-hospital rehabilitation exercises on quality of life and readmission rates of patients with chronic cardiac failure

Objective To investigate the effects of off-hospital rehabilitation exercise on the quality of life and readmission rates of patients with chronic cardiac failure （CCF）. Methods 64 CCF patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group in equal number. The patients in the two groups had received routine nursing at the treatment of cardiac failure and then discharged with health instructions. Discharged from the hospital, those in the control group received medication for further treatment, while those in the experimental group conducted planned rehabilitation exercises and medication and followed up by a designated person. After 6 months, the two groups were compared in terms of exercise tolerance, quality of life and readmission rate. Results The experimental group was all significantly better than the control group in terms of exercise tolerance, quality of life and readmission rate （P 〈 0.05 for all）. Conclusion The persistent rehabilitation exercises after discharge for the CCF patients can improve their exercise tolerance, raise the quality of life and reduce the readmission rate.
