| 摘 要： | 目的探讨扩肛法与开塞露灌肠法联合应用对长期卧床便秘患者的影响。方法选择100例长期卧床便秘患者,按入院先后次序分为对照组和实验组,每组50例,对照组采用扩肛法,实验组采用扩肛法与开塞露灌肠法,比较两组患者排便成功率、排便量和排便时间的差异。结果实验组排便成功率优于对照组,排便量较对照组多,排便时间较对照组短,两组比较,均P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论扩肛法与开塞露灌肠法联合应用于长期卧床便秘患者,提高了患者排便成功率和排便量,缩短排便时间,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of anal expansion combined with glycerin enema on constipation in long-term bed-ridden patients.Methods 100 long-term bedridden patients with constipation were randomized equally into experiment group and control group：the former received anal dilation only and the latter anal dilation combined with glycerin enema.Two groups were compared in terms of success rate of defecation,volume of defecation and time for defecation.Result Compared to the control group,the experiment group showed higher success rate of defecation,larger volume of defecation and shorter time for defecation（all P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The nursing of anal dilation combined with glycerin enema may improve the success rate of defecation and the volume of defecation and meanwhile it can shorten the time for defecation. |
