案例式教学法在护理本科生传染病护理教学中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨案例式教学法在护理本科生(以下简称护生)传染病护理教学中的应用效果。方法在传染病护理教学中,对54名护生分别采用传统教学法和案例式教学法。调查护生对案例式教学法的反馈情况,比较采用不同教学方法护生理论考核成绩的差异。结果59.26%以上护生认为案例式教学法可激发学习兴趣、加深对知识的理解和提高学习效率、语言表达等能力。采用案例教学法的护生理论考核成绩为(79.1±4.1)分,采用传统教学法的护生为(75.0±8.7)分,两者比较,t=4.45,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论案例式教学法可提高护理教学效果,并得到护生的认可,值得在护理教学中推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of case-based teaching on nursing undergraduate learning of communicable diseases. Methods 54 students involving in the study received traditional teaching methods and case-based teaching method in their learning of communicable diseases. The survey was conducted to investigate their feedback with the case-based teaching. Their scores on the theoretical examinations were compared after the two methods were used for the teaching. Results 59.26% of the students believed that the case-based teaching method could arouse their interest in the learning of the diseases and improve their efficacy in learning and their ability in expressions. The scores on the case-based teaching method and the traditional method were (79.1 ± 4.1 ) and (75.0 ± 8.7), respectively. There was significant difference between them statistically (t = 4.45,P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The case-based teaching method may be effective in improving the teaching effects in nursing teaching. It is worthy of application in nursing education.
