摘    要:目的探讨有氧运动对喉癌术后患者癌因性疲乏的影响。方法将喉癌手术患者80例分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例,对照组患者进行常规知识指导,包括疾病知识宣教、饮食指导、自我护理指导等。观察组患者在此基础上实施有氧运动干预。干预后2个月采用Piper疲乏修订量表对患者癌因性疲乏情况进行调查。结果干预后观察组患者疲乏评分低于对照组,两组比较,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。干预后观察组患者癌因性疲乏程度低于对照组患者。结论对喉癌术后患者实施有氧运动干预,可改善其疲乏症状,缓解患者心理压力,为临床疾病的康复和治疗提供了良好保障,从而提高了患者生活质量。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of aerobic exercises on cancer-induced lassitude after operation on laryngocarcinoma.Methods 80 patients laryngocarcinoma were evenly divided into control group and observation group.In the former,routine instructions were carried out including disease knowledge education,diet guidance and self care instruction and in the latter,the patients took aerobic exercises apart from the same routine instructions as in the control group.Two months after intervention,the improved Piper lassitude scale was used to investigate the cancer-induced lassitude among them.Results After intervention,the score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The degree of cancer-induced lassitude in the experiment group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion Aerobic exercise may be effective for alleviating their lassitude and relieving their mental stress so that the patients quality of life is improved.
