异位妊娠患者疾病相关知识来源及认知状况调查分析

目的探讨异位妊娠患者疾病相关知识来源及认知状况。方法调查136例异位妊娠患者对妊娠及异位妊娠知识来源及认知状况。结果有妊娠知识来源92例（67.6%）,无妊娠知识来源44例（32.4%）;有异位妊娠知识来源64例（47.1%）,无异位妊娠知识来源72例（52.9%）;患者疾病知识信息来源于医护人员占31.3%,其他来源于非正式渠道;患者对异位妊娠知识掌握82例（60.3%）,未掌握54例（39.7%）,不同文化程度对异位妊娠知识掌握情况比较,P〈0.001,差异具有统计学意义,大学及以上学历患者较高中及以下学历患者知识掌握较好;患者对异位妊娠带给身体危害的认知在29.4%～41.2%。结论异位妊娠患者对妊娠、异位妊娠相关知识较缺乏（特别是文化程度较低者）及对疾病带给身体的危害认知不足;患者信息来源渠道不畅,主要为非正规渠道获得。应扩展育龄妇女正规的信息来源渠道,同时加强疾病知识的宣传教育,使她们能够获得有关疾病的预防、治疗的指导,从而降低异位妊娠的发生率。

Sources of disease-related knowledge and cognitive conditions of patients with ectopic pregnancy

Objective To investigate the sources of disease-related knowledge and cognitive conditions of patients with ectopic pregnancy.Method One hundred and thirty six patients with ectopic pregnancy involved in the study by a self-designed questionnaire to investigate the sources of disease-related knowledge and cognitive conditions.Results 92 of the patients（67.6%） had sources for pregnancy knowledge and 44（32.4%） did not.64 of them（47.1%） had sources for knowledge on ectopic pregnancy and 72（52.9%） did not.3.13% of them got knowledge from doctors and the rest from other sources.82 patients（60.3%） mastered the knowledge about ectopic pregnancy and 54（39.7%） did not.Those with education from colleges or above knew significantly better about the pregnancy knowledge than those with education from middle schools or below（P 〈0.001）.The patients recognized the risks of ectopic pregnancy by 29.4% ～ 41.2%.Conclusions Patients,especially those with less education know inadequately the risks of ectopic pregnancy.The sources for them to acquire the disease-related knowledge are limited.Therefore,more routes should be established and health education on the disease should be reinforced so that they can obtain instructions on the prevention and treatment to lower the incidence of ectopic pregnancy.
