某二级医院不同年龄阶段护理人员关怀能力的调查分析

目的了解二级医院不同年龄阶段护理人员关怀能力情况。方法采用关怀能力评价量表（caring ability inventory）对141名不同年龄的护理人员关怀能力现状进行调查。结果除认知维度外，二级医院护理人员关怀能力低于某三级医院和常模（均P〈0．01）；〈25岁与25～35岁和〉35岁护理人员比较，差异具有统计学意义（均P〈0．01）。不同年龄阶段的护理人员实施关怀频率比较，差异无统计学意义（均P〉0．05）。结论护理人员整体关怀能力较低，年轻护理人员护理关怀能力较差。应制订激励机制，激励年轻护理人员积极学习，以提高其护理关怀能力。

Care ability of nurses at different ages in a basic-level hospital

Objective To investigate the care ability of nurses in a basic-level hospital. Method A total of 141 nurses in a basic-level hospital were recruited for the study and caring ability inventory was adopted to investigate the care ability. Results Care ability of the nurses in a basic-level hospital was lower than that of the nurses from a first class hospital and the norm （both P 〈 0.01 ）. There were significant differences between the nurses less than 25 year old, those 25 - 35 years old and those more than 35 years old. The frequency in care-giving was insignificantly different between the three age groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions The care ability of the nursing at the basic level hospitals is relatively lower and younger nurses is poorer in the ability. Nursing administration should take measures to encourage their participation in training and Learning so as to enhance their care-giving ability.
