摘    要:目的 探讨急性脑梗死患者血浆内皮素、血管紧张素、一氧化氮的动态变化及其临床意义。方法 测定2 0例健康对照组及 40例急性脑梗死患者急性期不同时段的血浆内皮素 (ET1)、血管紧张素Ⅱ (ATⅡ)、一氧化氮 (NO)的含量。结果 与健康组比较 ,急性脑梗死患者发病 2 4小时内ET1、ATⅡ 、NO均开始明显升高 ,第 3~ 4天仍维持于高水平 ,一周后开始下降 ,NO一周后下降至正常水平 ,ET1、ATⅡ二周后下降至正常水平。结论 急性脑梗死患者其血浆ET1、ATⅡ 、NO均发生动态变化 ,并在发病过程中发挥重要的作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the dynamic changes of endothelin(ET 1),angiotensinⅡ(AT Ⅱ), nitric oxide (NO)in plasma and its clinic significance in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods To determine the contents of ET 1, AT Ⅱ, NO in plasma of 20 normal controls and 40 patients with acute cerebral infaction during different period. Results Compared with the normal controls, the contents of ET 1, ATⅡ, NO in plasma of the patients with acute cerebral infarction began toincrease significantly within 24 hours after onset, and keep high level for 3~4days, then decreased after one week. NO decreased to normal level after one week, but ET 1, ATⅡneeded two week to recover.Conclusion The contents of ET1?ATⅡ?NO in plasma of the patients with acute cerebral infarction change dynamicly and may play an important role in cerebral infarction.
