摘    要:本文采用了非水滴定法和紫外分光光度法测定了益肤酰胺的含量。紫外分光光度法方法简便,是一个比较理想的含量测定方法。本文同时用五台不同型号的分光光度计于290±1nm 波长处测定了浓度为10.04×10~(-4)—40.16×10~(-4)g/ml样品溶液的吸收度,并确定了百分吸收系数E_1(?)为498.95(n=44)、标准差为1.995;变异系数为0.40%。

Abstract:In our study, Efuamide is determined by non-aqueous titration and ultra-violent spectrophotometry. This method is both simple and satisfactory. In our study, five different types of spectrophotometers are used to determinethe absorbance of the sample solution the wave length being 290±1 and the con-centration of the solution being 10.04×10~(-4)-40.16×10~(-4)g/ml. The specificextinction coefficient E_(1cm)~(1%) determined is 498.95 (n=44). The standard deviationis 1.995. The cee fficient of variation is 0.40%.
