经股动脉和桡动脉途径行冠状动脉支架置入术的对比分析

目的 探讨经股动脉和桡动脉途径行冠脉支架置入术的优缺点。方法 将我院2000年5月～2005年5月住院的160例行箍状动脉支架置入术的患者按其血管途径分为股动脉组80例和桡动脉组80例，分别行冠脉支架置入术，观察手术成功率和并发症。结果 股动脉组和桡动脉组置入支架数日、术后残余狭窄程度和手术成功率经检验差异均无显著性，股动脉组的并发症明显多于桡动脉组。结论 随着冠心病介入治疔技术的普遍开展，对桡动脉途径优点的认识和技术上的不断提高。桡动脉途径会成为冠心病介入治疗的首选途径。

Comparative analysis arteria coronaria stenting gross arteria cruralis and the arteria radialis

Objective To evaluate the merits and demerits of the arteria coronaria stenting cross the arteria cruralis and the arteria radialis. Methods Choose 160 inpatients from May 2000 to May 2005 had the arteria coronaria stenting,80 patients in arteria cruralis others in arteria radialis, observe success rate and complication. Results The number of stentings,level of stricture and success rate have no difference in the arteria cruralis and arteria radialis,but the complication of the arteria radialis is better to the arteria cruralis. Conclusion Along with develop of interventional therapy of coronary heart disease, merits were aware of arteria radialis and improve of art,the arteria radialis had been the first channel of interventional therapy of coronary heart disease.
