| 摘 要： | 目的探讨冠状动脉介入术后血管迷走神经反射的预见性护理。方法将2300例冠状动脉介入术患者分为常规护理组830例(2007年12月至2009年1月行冠状动脉介入术)和预见性护理组1470例(2009年2月至2010年2月行冠状动脉介入术)。比较两组患者血管迷走神经反射的发生率。结果预见性护理组患者血管迷走神经反射发生率与常规护理组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论冠状动脉介入术后给予有效的预见性护理,可以预防和减少血管迷走神经反射的发生率,提高手术成功率,减轻患者痛苦,减少患者的医疗费用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate predictive nursing care of vascular vagovagal reflexes after percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods 2 300 patiens with vascular ragoragal reflexes after percutaneous coronary intervention were divided into 2 groups：traditional nursing care group（830 patients from December,2007 to January,2009） and predictive nursing care group（1470 patients from February,2009 to February,2010）.The incidence of vascular vagovagal reflexes in the two groups were calculated.Results The incidence of vascular vagovagal reflexes in predictive nursing care group was lower than that in the tradition nursing care group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Predictive nursing care of vascular vagovagal reflexes after percutaneous coronary intervention can prevent and reduce the incidence of vascular vagovagal reflexes,enhace the successful rate of percutaneous coronary intervention and reduce the pain of patient. |
