| 摘 要： | 目的探讨电视胸腔镜手术治疗特发性气胸的优点、手术要点及疗效.方法对2000年11月至2005年10月收治的38例特发性气胸行胸腔镜手术治疗进行回顾性分析.结果手术时间平均45分钟,术后胸腔引流管平均引流量210ml,拔胸腔引流管时间平均为4.5天,术后住院时间平均为8天,全组治愈出院.随诊3个月至41个月,有1例复发,保守治疗后治愈.结论电视胸腔镜手术具有创伤小、康复快、住院时间短等优点,可作为本病的首选治疗方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the advantages ,operative main point and curative effect on the treatment of idiopathic pneumothorax with video assisted thoracoscope. Methods From November 2000 to October 2005,38 cases with idiopathic pneumothorax received video assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) were analyzed retrospectively. Results The average operative time was 45 minutes.Postoperative mean drainage volume of intrathoracic drain was 210ml.Intrathoracic drain was removed in average 4.5 days after operation.Postoperative average hospitalization was 8 days.All cases were cured to discharge from hospital.With follow-up was from 3-41 months,recurrence was found in one case and one was cured by conservative treatment.Conclusion Video assisted thoracoscopic surgery has many advantages,including less frauma,prompt recovery and a shorter haspitalization.It is a first choice for the treatment of idiopathic pneumothorax. |
