| 摘 要： | 为普通病区提供发生严重急性呼吸综合征病例的应急处理依据和工作思路 ,对未发生严重急性呼吸综合征病例的普通病区制定应急预案提供参考。实施疫情报告 ,病人隔离、密切接触者医学观察 ,病区预防感染管理及消毒、隔离病人及密切接触者的心理支持 ,医护人员的个人防护等。彻底切断疫病传播和扩散的途径 ,有效控制疫情蔓延 ,防止院内交叉感染。

| Abstract: | It will offer evidence of taking emergency measures and ways to the general ward with diffused SARS patients,and provide reference for the general ward with no SARS patients, make the prevention of disease and cure SARS cases in order.These measures include report of epidemic situation; segregation of the patients; determination of medical staff needed to be implemented a medical quarantine;intervention on the mental reaction of patients and the segregated people;cultivation on the spot to the medical staff, supervision on the sterilization of the environment and staff of the ward; and coordination of various urgent article and pharmaceutical et al.It amputates the way of dissemination and diffusion of the epidemics thoroughly, avoids the spread of the epidemics effectively, prevents intersected infection in the hospital. |
