| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨股动脉超声在冠心病合并2型糖尿病中的应用价值。方法:将研究对象分为合并2型糖尿病和不合并2型糖尿病的冠心病组,超声观察股动脉血流参数、内-中膜厚度(IMT)及斑块指数(PI),并与冠脉造影结果对照。结果:与单纯冠心病患者相比,合并2型糖尿病的冠心病患者股动脉内径和血管阻力指数均增加(P<0.05),IMT及斑块指数随冠脉造影严重程度的增加而显著增加(P<0.05)。结论:股动脉超声可以作为诊断冠心病合并2型糖尿病的一项重要的辅助检查方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the practical value of femoral arteries ultrasonography in coronary heart disease(CHD) with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:The subjects were divided into coronary heart disease with and without diabetes mellitus groups.Femoral artery bloodstream parameters,IMT and plaque index(PI) were examined by ultrasound.The results of femoral artery ultrasonography were compared with that of coronary angiography.Results:Compared with simple CHD patients without type 2 diabetes mellitus,CHD patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus had larger femoral inner-diameter and vessel resistance((P<0.05)),and their femoral artery IMT and plaque index(PI) were increased with the aggravation of coronary disease((P<0.05)).Conclusion:Femoral arteries ultrasonography is an important method to the diagnosis of coronary heart disease with type2 diabetes mellitus. |
