摘    要:目的探讨2型糖尿病患者周围神经病变的客观神经电生理特点.方法对157例2型糖尿病患者和1263名正常对照者测定正中、尺、胫、腓总神经及正中、尺、腓肠感觉神经的潜伏期、波幅、神经传导速度(NCV),并对其3个参数的异常进行分析比较.结果2型糖尿病组与正常对照组3个参数差别均有显著性意义(均P<0.05).异常发生率大小:NCV、(远端)波幅、(远端)潜伏期.感觉神经3个参数总异常率高于运动神经.下肢神经的3个参数总异常率高于上肢.腓肠感觉神经3个参数总异常率最高.结论神经传导速度的检测有助于糖尿病周围神经病的早期诊断.

Abstract:Objective To observe the characteristics of electroneurography in type 2 diabetic patients with peripheral neuropathy. Methods The motor conduction velocity (MCV) of median, ulnar, tibial and peroneal nerves and the sensory conduction velocity (SCV) of median, ulnar and sural nerves were measured in 157 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Results There were statistically significant differences in three parameters (latency, amplitude and nerve conduction velocity) between type 2 diabetic patients and normal subjects (P<0.05).
