氨苄西林钠/舒巴坦钠治疗下呼吸道感染的疗效观察

目的：观察氨苄西林钠/舒巴坦钠治疗下呼吸道感染的有效性和安全性.方法：88例下呼吸道感染患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组静脉滴注氨苄西林钠/舒巴坦钠4.5克,每12小时一次;疗程8-12天.对照组静脉滴注氨苄西林钠4.0克,每12小时一次,疗程8-12天;结果：治疗组和对照组治疗下呼吸道感染的有效率分别为95.0%和92.5%,细菌清除率分别为94.5%和94.0%不良反应发生率为6%和5%,两组比较无统计学差异（p〉0.05）,结论：氨苄西林钠/舒巴坦钠和氨苄西林钠治疗下呼吸道感染均有效。

Observation on Ampicillin Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium in the Treatment of Lower Respiratory Tract Infection

Objective： To observe the efficacy and security of ampicillin sodium and sulbactam sodium in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection. Method： 88 cases with lower respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Treatment group was given 4. 5g of ampieillin sodium / sulbactam sodium every 12h, 8- 12d was a period course; while control group was injected 4g of ampicillin sodium every 12h, 8- 12d was a period course. Result： Treatment group and control group＇s effective rates were 95.0 % and 92.5% respectively, bacterial clearance rates were 94.5% and 94. 0%, incidence of adverse reactions were 6% and 5 %. The difference had no statistical difference （P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： Both methods have effect in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection.
