| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨补肾中药对过度训练所致大鼠“虚劳”的作用。方法 通过超负荷运动训练，观察大鼠血红蛋白（Hb)、血尿素氮（BUN）、血浆总睾酮（TT）水平及胸腺重量的变化及补肾中药的调节作用。结果 训练组大鼠的Hb、TT下降，BUN升高，胸腺重量明显降低，而补肾组各项指标均有所改善。结论 补肾中药具有防治因过度训练所致大鼠“虚劳”的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective In order to study the effects of Kidney Tonic Herbs on the rat model of overexertion asthenia induced by over training. Methods The rats were overload training, and the level of hemoglobin(Hb), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and also plasma total testosterone (TT) were tested, the weights of the thymus gland were observed meanwhile. Results The level of Hb,TT and the weights of thymus in training group were lower than that of the control, while the content of BUN in training group were higher than that of the control. Moreover these in the group of Kidney Tonic Herbs treated were improved obviously. Conclusion The Kidney Tonic Herbs have the effects of prevention and cure on the rat model of overexertion asthenia induced by over training. |
