个体化阶段性营养支持治疗急性胰腺炎

目的:探讨个体化、阶段性营养支持在治疗急性胰腺炎中的作用。方法:将2004年至2006年收治的240例急性胰腺炎患者随机分为两组,全胃肠外营养组(TPN组)及个体化阶段性营养组(个体化组)各120例,比较并分析两组的治疗结果。结果:个体化组总并发症、导管并发症、二重感染、肝功损害、腹腔感染发生率及住院费用明显低于TPN组(P<0.05);个体化组恢复经口进食时间及住院时间显著短于TPN组(P<0.05)。结论:个体化阶段性营养支持可以改善急性胰腺炎病人的营养状况,且具有并发症少、住院时间短、住院费用少等优点,是治疗急性胰腺炎理想的营养支持方式。

The Role of Individualized Stage Nutrition in the Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis

Objective:To investigate the role of individualized stage nutrition in the treatment of acute pancreatitis(AP).Meth- ods:Two hundreds fouty AP patients in our hospital from 2004 to 2006 were enrolled and random divided into two groups,par- enteral nutrition group(120 patients)and individualization nutrition group(120 patients).The curative effects and complica- tions were analyzed between two groups.Results:The incidences of total complications,incubation complication,superinfec- tion,hepatic function injury,abdominal cavity infection and hospitalization cost in individualization-group were significantly lower than those in TPN-group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized stage nutrition has the advantage of less complications, shorter hospitalization time and less hospitalization cost to treat AP.
