| 摘 要： | 目的:观察不同给药方式氯解磷定在抢救重度有机磷农药中毒中的实际疗效。方法:25例重度有机磷农药中毒患者在常规对抗毒蕈碱样症状治疗基础上,分为两组,第一组肌注氯解磷定组,第二组静滴氯解磷定组,观察两组胆碱酯酶恢复情况。结果:两组胆碱酯酶恢复时间明显短于一组。结论:静点氯解磷定更有利于胆碱酯酶恢复。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of pralidoxime chloride using different injection way in organophosphate pesticides poisoning（OPP）.Mothods 25 severe degree patients of OPP were divided into two groups A and B .group A were intramuscular injected pralidoxime chloride ,group B were intravenous drip pralidoxime chloride ,observe the reactivated time of the cholinesterase of two groups .Results The reactivated time of cholinesterase of group A were much shorter than that of the group B .Conclusion Intravenous drip pralidoxime chloride is better for OPP than intramuscular injected pralidoxime chloride. |
