磁共振成像对原发性下腔静脉平滑肌肉瘤的诊断价值

目的探讨磁共振成像（MRI）对原发性下腔静脉平滑肌肉瘤（PIVCLMS）的诊断价值。方法利用MRI成像仪对2例原发性下腔静脉平滑肌肉瘤进行常规扫描及三维动态增强磁共振血管造影（3D DCE—MRA）扫描，分析其表现特征。结果1例常规扫描下腔静脉内见长T1稍长、等T2信号影，信号强度欠均匀，下腔静脉明显增宽，增强扫描呈不均匀异常强化；1例下腔静脉明显扩张，内见略长T2信号，增强扫描呈不均匀异常强化，3DDCE—MRA清楚显示病灶全貌及肿瘤累及范围。结论MRI结合3D DCE—MRA对原发性下腔静脉平滑肌肉瘤的诊断具有重要的临床应用价值，可以取代传统的血管造影作为诊断PIVCLMS的首选的影像学检查方法。

Evaluation of MRI in the Diagnosis of Primary Leiomyosarcoma of the Inferior Vena Cava(2 Cases Reported with Literature Reviewed)

Objective To assess the value of MRI in the diagnosis of primary leiomyosarcoma of inferior vena cava.
