细胞因子与高血压病左室肥厚相关性研究及阿托伐他汀的干预影响

摘    要:目的:探讨细胞因子与高血压病左室肥厚的相关性及阿托伐他汀的干预影响。方法:入选120例高血压患者,将其分为两组,一组为单纯高血压组,另一组为高血压合并左室肥厚(LVH)组,另外选择60例正常体检者作为正常对照组,检测各组白介素-6(IL-6),白介素-10(IL-10),心肌营养素-1(CT-1)及左室质量指数(LVMI),并作相关分析;然后将65例高血压合并左室肥厚患者分为常规治疗组及阿托伐他汀干预组,检测两组上述指标治疗前后的变化。结果:IL-6,CT-1,LVMI在高血压合并左室肥厚组较单纯高血压组增高,IL-10却降低;IL-6,CT-1与LVMI呈显著正相关(r=0.453,0.513P<0.05);IL-10与LVMI呈显著负相关(r=-0.419P<0.05);用阿托伐他汀干预后,各指标有更加明显的变化。结论:细胞因子与高血压左室肥厚的发生发展有关,阿托伐他汀通过细胞因子机制干预左室肥厚。

Abstract:Objective:To study the relationship between cytokine and left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) in patients with essential hypertention (EH) and intervention effect of atrovastatin. Methods: 120 essential hypertention patients were divided into EH group and LVH group; 60 health volunteers served as control, interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-10 (IL-10), cardiotrophin-1 (CT-1) and LVMI were assayed and analysised. 65 hypertensive patients with LVH were divided into conventional therapy group and atrovastatin therapy group, index above were measured before and after 12 weeks treatment. Results :The levels of IL-6, CT- 1 ,LVMI were higher in LVH group than those in EH group,but IL-10 was lower in LVH group than that in EH group. Simple linear correlation confirmed that LVMI ( r = 0. 453 , 0. 513P〈 0. 05 ) was correlated positively with IL-6,CT-land was correlated negtively with IL-10(r=0. 419, P〈 0.05 ). after the treatment of atrovastatin,the levels of IL-6, CT-1 ,LVMI were significantly decreased (P=0. 000,0. 039,0. 037),the level of IL-10 was significantly increased (P = 0. 045). Conclusion :Cytokine may play a important role in development of hypertention with LVH. Atrovastatin may intervent LVH through cytokine mechanism.
