地方直招护理士官培训质量的评价模式

摘    要:本文分析了地方直招护理士官培训特点,研究有效的培训评价方式、方法,以确保培训质量。以三期地方直招护理士官培训为模型,分别就学员学习、教员教学和培训机构工作质量评价的内容、方式和方法进行研究。学员学习评价采用理论知识综合笔试、技能操作考试和态度问卷测评方式进行。教员教学质量评价包括专家听课、学员问卷和教员自评。培训工作质量评价采用问卷方式进行。学员学习质量评价应当侧重知识、技能的综合与应用;教员教学质量评价应当侧重教员对军事医学领域新知识、新技术掌握情况的评价,并加大学员评价的权重;培训工作质量评价重在培训工作设计和培训计划落实效果方面,强调学员、专家、培训管理人员的综合评价。实践证明,这种评价模式是有效的,能够全面反映培训的质量

Abstract:Study the contents,methods and patterns of evaluation to improve the training quality of civilian-direct employed nursing non-commissioned officer.Based on the three training cycles,the study of evaluational model focused on students-learning,teaching and training agency'activities.Students-learning quality evaluation included knowledge,skills,motivation and attitude to military.Teaching quality was evaluated by the students and experts on instructing methods and effect.Training agency' activities were evaluated by the students and supervisors on training planning and outcomes.Training quality should be evaluated by the students,experts and supervisors.Focus on integrated subjects and skills,frontier military medical knowledge,techniques,training planning and outcomes.The result showed that this model is effective and creditable.
