糖尿病大血管病变与血浆内皮素、降钙素基因相关肽的关系研究

目的 探讨糖尿病大血管病变与浆内皮素（ＥＴ）、降钙素基因相关肽（ＣＧＲＰ）的关系。方法：采用放免法测定正常对照组４７例、糖尿病无血管并发症组２７例、合并大出血发症３３例，合并微血管病变组２２例、非糖尿病大血管病变组１４例血浆内皮素、降钙素基因相关肽水平。结果 糖尿病组血浆内皮素为（８３．１６±４８．２３）ｎｇ／Ｌ，降钙素基因相关肽为（７８．４７±５７．３３）ｎｇ／Ｌ，分别高于正常对照组ＥＴ（５１．

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE PLASMA LEVELS OF ENDOTHELIN AND CALCITONIN GENE-RELATED PEPTIDE AND THE ANGIOPATHY IN DIABETIC PATIENTS
