| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨血管性痴呆(VD)与局灶脑血流量(rCBF)的关系。方法 采用^133Xe吸入法测定41例VD患者rCBF的变化。结果 脑梗塞痴呆组，脑梗塞非痴呆组rCBF较对照组均有降低，痴呆组rCBF较非痴呆组降低更显著。结论 脑梗塞病人rCBF下降愈严重，VD的发生率越高。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigation relation of vascular dementia with Regional cerebral blood flow. Methods: The changes of rCBF were determined by 133 Xe inhalative method in 41 Case vascular dementia patients.Results: The rCBF in the Cerebral infarction patients with dementia and the Cerebral infarction patients without dementia were reduced than that of control.the rCBF in the group of cerebral infarction patients with dementia was much more reduced than the group of cerebral infarction patients without dement .Conclusions: Results suggest that the reduction of rCBF in the cerebral infarction patients,it can lead to the increase of vascular dementia. |
