中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡40例

[目的]观察中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。[方法]将74例患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例,对照组34例,治疗组用黄芪建中汤为主,同时服用PPI为基础的三联药物：奥美拉唑20mg,每日1次,阿莫西林0.25g,每日2次,甲硝唑0.2g,每日2次,连服4周。对照组单纯服用PPI为基础的三联药物,剂量、服用时间同治疗组。[结果]治疗组总有效率、HP根除率明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]中西医结合疗法是治疗消化性溃疡的有效途径。

TCM-WM Treatment of 40 Cases of Peptic Ulcer

[Objective ] To observe the traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of peptic ulcer clinical efficacy. [ Methods ] 74 patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group 40 cases, 34 cases of the control group,treatment group,astragalus Jianzhong Tang,at the same time taking PPI- based triple drug： omeprazole 20rag, each 1 st day, amoxicillin 0.25 g, the second day, metronidazole 0.2g, three times a day, and even served for 4 weeks. The control group simply taking PPI - based triple drug, dosage, taking time with the treatment group. [ Results] The total effective rate in treatment group,HP eradication rate was superior to the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] TCM - WM therapy is an effective way of treatment of peptic ulcer.
