摘    要:目的 探究西南地区官兵55型人腺病毒(human adenovirus type 55,HAdV55)抗体流行情况,并检测HAdV55抗体(anti-HAdV55)的中和活性,为部队预防和控制HAdV55疫情提供参考依据。 方法 收集西南地区部队官兵血清325份,采用ELISA方法检测血清中anti-HAdV55,通过体外中和试验检测抗体阳性血清中和HAdV55感染的活性。 结果 西南地区部队官兵体内anti-HAdV55的阳性率较低,325份血清中抗体阳性仅为19份,阳性率为5.85%。19份抗体阳性的血清中,14份在细胞水平上具有中和活性,中和效价最高为1:64。 结论 西南地区官兵体内anti-HAdV55水平较低,抵抗 HAdV55感染的能力较弱。因此一旦出现个别感染者,部队应加强对HAdV55感染的预防和控制,防止感染的扩散。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the prevalence and neutralizing activity of anti-HAdV55 among soldiers in Southwest China, which will provide support for the prevention and control of adenovirus type 55. Methods The sera of soldiers in Southwest China was collected, and anti-HAdV55 antibodies in serum was detected by ELISA. The neutralization activity of antibody positive sera was detected by neutralization test in vitro. Results The positive rate of anti-HAdV55 among soldiers in Southwest China was low, about 5.85% (19/325). Of the 19 positive sera, 15 sera were able to neutralize HAdV55 infection on HEp-2 cells, with the highest titer of 1:64. Conclusion The positive rate of anti-HAdV55 among soldiers in Southwest China was low, suggesting the low ability for resistance of adenovirus type 55 infection. Therefore, once the individual infection appeared, the departments concerned should strengthen the prevention and control of adenovirus type 55 infection to prevent the spread of infection.
