摘    要:目的:对不同产地玫瑰花的花粉形态进行了扫描电镜观察,为建立玫瑰花的品种分类系统提供参考依据。方法:在日立S-570型扫描电镜下观察和拍照,3500倍观察花粉粒整体形态,10000倍观察花粉粒表面雕纹,并分别进行显微拍摄。结果:玫瑰花花粉粒类球形或长球形,赤道面观椭圆形,极面观三裂圆形,样品间有差异;萌发孔为沟状,有3条孔沟,样品问差异不明显;花粉粒表面纹理多数为不规则的条状纹理,个别为不规则脑纹。结论:玫瑰花花粉粒形态特征在不同样品间有一定差异,可以将其作为品种分类的依据之一。

Abstract:Objective:To study pollen morphology of Flos Rosae produced in different areas with scanning electron microscope. In order to provide reference for the establishment of classification system of Rose varieties. Methods:To observe and take pictures with Hitachi S-570 type scanning electron microscope, observing overall pollen patterns with 3 500 times, observing surface profiling with 10 000 times,and take microscopic photography respectively. Results:Pollen of flos rosae, spherical or long ball; oval from equatorial view; round and 3-lobed from polar view,all these features have great difference between samples. Germination hole taking on ditch-shaped with three ditch,this feature does not bear obvious difference between the sample.Most of the texture on Pollen surface is irregular texture of the strips,some individual is irregular brain profiling. Conclusion'Cetain difference of pollen morphological characteristics exits bewteen samples,which can be used as the basis for the classification of species.
