单纯性肾病儿童可溶性免疫应答抑制物对IL－6活性及体外IgG产生的影响

在１０例ＩＮＳ发作期儿童中观察到其血浆存在ＳＩＲＳ抑制ＰＷＭ诱导的正常人ｐＢＭＣＩＬ－６活性及ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＧ＿１和ＩｇＧ＿２产生，而ＩｇＧ＿３无变化。ＩＬ－６活性受抑与ＰＷＭ诱导ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＧ＿１产生受抑程度呈正相关。提示ＩＮＳ血浆可通过激活ＴＳ产生ＳＩＲＳ，抑制Ｔ＿Ｈ功能，降低ＩＬ－６活性，影响Ｂ细胞分化及ＩｇＧ转换，导致低ＩｇＧ血症。

SUPPERSSION OFIL-6 ACTIVITY AND IGG PRODUCTION IN VITRO INDUCEK BY SOLUBLE IMMUNE RESPONSE SUPPRESSOR IN CHILIREN WITH IDIOPATHIC NEPHROTIC SYNDRONE

supernatant of normal PBMC Cultured tured by adding serum from patientswith active idiopathic nephrotic syndrome(INS) serving as soluble immune responsesuppressor(SIRS)was detected in 10 cases.The influence of SIRS on IL-6 activity,IgG and IgG subclasses productions in vitro in normal PBMC was observed.The resiiltsshowed that the productions of IgG, IgG_1 and IgG_2 in normal PBMC induced by PWMwas sigiiiflcantly decreased but not IgG_3 when SiRS was add ed in the culture systemand there was a significant correction between inhibited productions of IgG and IgG_1.Itis likely that sertin from INS patients induces Ts cell to secrets SIRS which inhibites Bcell differentiation and IgG isotype switch.and that the presence of SIRS may be relatedto the pathogenesis of hypoimmunoglobulinemia G in active INS patients.
