来氟米特治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效分析

目的 :分析来氟米特治疗类风湿性关节炎患者的效果。方法 :选择 73例类风湿性关节炎 (RA)患者 ,应用来氟米特连续治疗 3个月 ,治疗前和治疗 3个月后评价患者的临床指标、实验室指标和影像学检查指标。结果 :临床治疗的总有效率为 91.8% ;治疗 3个月后 ,在关节肿胀指数、关节压痛指数、休息痛、晨僵时间、握力及关节损害严重的病例数等方面均与用药前有极显著差异 (P<0 .0 1) ;血沉 (ESR)、C反应蛋白 (CRP)、类风湿因子 (RF)均与用药前有极显著差异 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :来氟米特能够显著缓解症状 ,改善病情 ,具有良好的临床应有前景。

The therapeutic effect analysis of leflunomide treating rheumatoid arthritis

Objective:To analyze the effect of leflunomide trea ting rheumatoid arthritis patients.Methods:The 73 rheumatoid arthritis cases who were selected had been treated with leflunomide for three months successively.We evaluated their clinical markers,laboratory markers and screenage markers in pre-and post-therapy.Results:Total utility rate was 91.8% as for clinical effect.There was more obvious difference(P<0.01)in joint swelling exponent,joint tenderness exponent,rest pain,morning stiffness time,grasp force and number of joint lesion severity caswe than pretherapy after 3-month treatment.Erythrocyte sedimentation.Creactive protein and rheumatoid factor were also the same situation (P<0.01).Conclusion:Limonite can relieve patient′s condition and has satisfactory application out-look.
