急性血栓性肺栓塞101例临床诊治体会

目的：探讨急性血栓性肺栓塞的急救流程和预后。方法回顾性分析2004-09～2013-09该院救治的急性血栓性肺栓塞101例患者的临床资料。结果101例中死亡21例,植物状态4例,痊愈76例。结论急性血栓性肺栓塞致残、致死率较高,对高危人群需要高度警惕,重在栓塞前的预防。

Experience on diagnosis and treatment of 101 patients with acute pulmonary thromboembolism

Objective To investigate the emergency procedures and prognosis of acute pulmonary thrombo -embolism.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 101 patients with acute pulmonary thromboembolism treated in the People′s Hospital of Zhengzhou from September 2004 to September 2013 .Results In 101 patients death was fund in 21 cases,vegetative state in 4 cases,cure in 76 cases.Conclusion Acute pulmonary thromboembolism has a higher mortality and morbidity .So it is necessary to pay high attention to its high risk popula-tion,focused on the prevention before embolization .
