| 摘 要： | 测定了20例给核性脑膜炎（结脑）和32例非结脑患者脑脊液中色氨酸、5－HTP，5－HT和5－一HIAA等，其中44份标本作了色氨酸试验，结果显示结脑患者5－HTP降低，结脑组其余物质未见显著性改变；色氨酸试验阳性与明性反应的患者脑脊液中各物质间均无显著性差异，表明色氨酸等物质均不是色氨酸试验阳性反应产生的原因。

| Abstract: | CSF was taken from 20 patients with tuberculous meningitis, 14 patients with other forms of infections of the C:NS and 18 non -neurologic controls. Tryptophan and its metabolites 5-HTP , 5-HT and 5-HIAA were mcasured by a method of HPLC Tryptophan test was done with 44 CSF samples. The results revealed a decreased level of 5-HTP in patients with tuberculous meningitis. Posltive reactions in tryptophan test were found in 13 out of 18 cases of tuberculous meningitis (72. 2% ) which was significantly higher than that of the other groups. However there was no significant difference of the concentrations of tryptophan and its metabolites between the patients with positive and negative tryptophan reaction. Further studies for the source of positive tryptophan reaction are needed. |
