25例胸腺切除治疗重症肌无力临床体会

目的探讨胸腺切除治疗重症肌无力的方法及效果,总结25例重症肌无力外科手术治疗经验。方法总结我院2005年1月～2009年1月收治的25例行胸腺切除术的重症肌无力患者临床资料,对本组患者的临床特点、术后病理分型、术后疗效等进行回顾性的总结分析。结果本组25例患者术后均痊愈出院,无死亡病例。其中3例患者术后出现肌无力危象,给予气管切开、呼吸机辅助呼吸10～16d,以及激素、抗胆碱酯酶类药物治疗,病情逐渐缓解并痊愈出院。结论重症肌无力与胸腺病变有密切关系,对有手术适应证的患者应尽早手术,术后疗效肯定。

Thymectomy for Myasthenia Gravis:Clinical Analysis of 25 Cases

Objective To investigate the methods and efficacy of thymeetomy for myasthenia gravis（MG）, and to summarize the clinical experience in the surgical treatment of 25 eases of MG. Methods Twenty-five cases of MG underwent thymeetomy in our hospital from Jan 2005 to Jan 2009. A retrospective analysis was made of clinical features, pathological founding and curative efficacy after surgery in MG. Results All 25 cases were cured after surgery, with no deaths, among which 3 cases showed postoperative MG crisis, given tracheotomy, mechanical ventilation from 10 to 16 days, and hormones and anti-cholinesterase drugs, his condition was gradually relieved and cured and discharged. Conclusion MG is closely related to thymopathy, the patients with indications of surgery should undergo surgical treatment as soon as possible, and postoperative efficacy is satisfactory.
