上颌总义齿基托折裂的临床观察与原因探讨

目的：通过对上颌总义齿的折裂进行临床观察，分析其折裂原因，探讨修补方法。方法：对51例上颌总义齿折裂的性质及发生的原因进行分析，用基托置换技术进行了修理。结果：88．24%为咬合过程中折裂。折裂的部位一般位于前部且多为纵裂，占97．78%。60%前部纵裂的患者喜食韧性大，较硬的食物。运用腭前区置金属网加自凝树脂方法及运用腭前区置金属网加基托置换的方法修理，随访一年，成功率分别为81．58%，100%。结论：为防止上颌总义齿折裂，应在高应力区增加抗力措施，避免不良唇系带切迹，保证平衡。

The clinical and causal study of the fracture of the upper complete denture base

Objective: The purposes were to analyse the causes and explore the mend methods of fracture of the upper complete denture base. Methods: 51 cases were clinically analysed and were repaired by the base replacement technigue. Results: 88.24% of breaking was caused by biting. The breaking lines were largely located in the front part of palatal base and were longitudinal(97.78%). Using base replacement technigue, the results of mend were satisfying. Conclusion: In order to avoid the fracture of upper complete denture, it is necessary to increase resistance on stress concentration area on the front part of the base, reduce the weak effect of notch of frenum labiorum, and keep the occlussion balance.
