| 摘 要： | 目的：探索抗精神病药起效过程的规律。方法：从文献中收集抗精神病药治疗精神分裂症的纵向观察数据，以时间为横坐标，残存症状率为纵坐标，配合指数曲线和计算相关指数。结果：指数曲线的总相关指数为0．9857。结论：抗精神病药的起效过程呈指数曲线规律。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore some rules of response procedure in schizophrenics with neuroleptics. Method:Longitudinal observed data of symptom improvement was collected from documents to study schizophrenics taking neuroleptics.These data was fitted using exponential curve with time as abscissa and remaining symptoms rate as ordinate.Correlation indexes of these exponential curves were also calculated. Results:It was 0 9857 for total correlation index of exponential curve fitting between time and remaining symptoms rate. Conclusion:Procedure of response met a rule of exponential curve in schizophrenics taking neuroleptics. |
