| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨彩色多普勒血流显像（CDFI）对椎基底动脉供血不足的诊断价值。方法 测定34例正常人和38例椎基底动脉供血不足患者的椎动脉内径、收缩期峰值流速、阻力指数、搏动指及每分钟血流量并进行比较。结果 正常人椎动脉内径左侧占优势（P＜0．001）。正常人与患者患侧、患者患侧与健侧相比各项指标均有显著性差异（P＜0．001）。结论 CDFI对诊断椎基底动脉供血不足有一定的临床实用价值。

| Abstract: | S Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of color Doppler flow imaging technique in vertebral basilar artery insufficiency(VBAI).Methods Diameter?Peak systolic velocity(PSV)?Resistance index(RI),Pulse index(PI)and flow volume per minute in 34 normal subjects and 32 patients with VBAI were measured and compared.Results The diameters of left verterbral artery were significantly greater than those of the right ( P <0.01) in the 30 normal subjects.The measured indexes showed significant difference between normal group and VBAI group,between affected vertebral artery and the healthy vertebral artery in patients( P <0.01).Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound technique has important clinic value in the diagnosis of VBAI. |
