综合心理咨询在充血性心力衰竭治疗中的作用

目的：对比观察综合心理咨询对充性心力衰竭（CHF）疗效的影响。方法：选择84例住院的CHF患，随机分为对照组40例（采用常规药物治疗）；观察组44例（常规药物治疗＋综合心理咨询）。对疗效进行2年的对比观察，对比内容：两组患出院后每个患每年对防治疾病的态度，服药的顺从性，因心性原因住院的平均次数，平均住院天数。结果：每人每年平均住院天数（6．5天）、次数（0．295次），减、停药百分率（6．8％）明显少于对照组的10．4天、0．4次、27．5％（P＜0．05）。结论：综合心理咨询能提高CHF的疗效，有稳定病情的作用。

Clinical curative effect of comprehensive mental consult for patients with chronic congestive heart failure

Objective: To study the clinical curative effect of comprehensive mental consult for patients with chronic congestive heart failure (CHF). Methods: Eight-four patients with CHF were randomly divided into two groups: control group were treated with conventional drugs only, observed group were treated with conventional drugs and comprehensive mental consult. After two years, the clinical curative effects were appraised. Results: The each year average days (6. 5 days) and numbers (0. 295 times) of hospitalization, percent of decrease/stop medication (6. 8%) of every patient in observation group decreased than those (10. 4 days, 0. 4 times, 27. 5%) of control group (P< 0. 05). Conclusion: Comprehensive mental consult can raise clinical curative effect of patients with CHF.
