| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨对精神障碍患者婚姻行为能力的评定标准。方法：复习我国现有有关婚姻的法律法规及对鉴定案件进行分析。结果：我国对婚姻行为能力的鉴定有法可依，在鉴定时要具体问题具体分析。结论：我国尚无对离婚行为能力的量化指标，值得进一步研究。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the criteria of marital action capacity of mental disorder patients.Method:Reviewing the existing laws and statutes of The Peoples' Republic of China and analyzing the appraised cases.Result:There are express provisions about mental disorder patients' marital action in China.Conclusion:It is worth to more study the measurable index of capacity of marital action assessment. |
