免疫指标分析在甲亢患者治疗中的意义

目的：探讨免疫指标分析在甲状腺功能亢进（甲亢）患者治疗中的意义。方法：选取2007年12月～2010年1月于本院进行治疗的81例甲亢患者为研究对象,将其设为观察组,分别于控制期、减量期及维持期检测其血清Tg、S-TSH、TSI、IgG、IgM、IgA、C3、C4及β2-M的水平,同时选取80名健康人群为对照组,检测其血清Tg、S-TSH、SI、IgG、IgM、IgA、C3、C4及β2-M的水平,后将检测结果进行统计及比较。结果：观察组控制期血清Tg、TSI、IgG、IgM、IgA、C3、及β2-M均高于减量期、维持期及对照组,P〈0.05或P〈0.01,而血清S-TSH则低于减量期、维持期及对照组,P〈0.05或P〈0.01,而血清C4比较,差异无统计学意义,P〉0.05。结论：血清免疫指标的检测对于甲亢的治疗及转归有着积极的意义,值得进一步研究探讨。

The significance of analysis on immune index in the patients with hyperthyroidism

Objective： To study the significance of analysis on immune index in the patients with hyperthyroidism. Methods： 81 cases of patients with hyperthyroidism in our hospital from December 2007 to January 2010 were selected as research subject as observation group,then the serum Tg,S-TSH,TSI,IgG,IgM,IgA,C3,C4 and β2-M of the observation group at the control stage, tapering stage and maintenance stage were tested, at the same time 80 healthy people were selected as control group,and the serum Tg,S-TSH,TSI,IgG,IgM,IgA,C3,C4 and β2-M were tested, too. Then the results were analyzed and compared. Results： The serum Tg,S-TSH,TSI,IgG,IgM,IgA,C3,C4 and β2-M of the observation group at the control stage were higher than those at tapering and maintenance stage and control group, P〈0.05 or P〈0.01,but the serum S-TSH of the observation group at the control stage were lower than those at tapering and maintenance stage and control group, P〈0.05 or P〈0.01,and serum C4 of the two groups had no difference,P〉0.05. Conclusion： The significance of analysis on immune index in the patients with hyperthyroidism is important,and is worthy of further research and discussion.
