| 摘 要： | 目的:建立人骨髓间充质干细胞(hMSCS)体外分离、培养体系,并将其向成骨细胞定向诱导分化。方法: 采用梯度离心法从人骨髓血中提取骨髓MSC,经体外培养扩增,观察其生物学特性。结果:在体外培养条件下,骨 髓MSC具有较强的增殖能力,并能被诱导向成骨细胞分化。结论:建立了骨髓MSC体外分离、培养的体系,探讨 了骨髓MSC的生物学特性,为进一步研究MSC作为骨组织工程的种子细胞打下了基础。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish the method of mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) isolation and culture in vitro, and induce MSC differentiation towards osteoblasts. Methods: Human marrow was obtained by puncture and gradient centrifuga-tion performed to isolate cell contains MSCs, and its biological feature was observed by cell culture. Results: hMSCs showed active proliferative capacity in vitro, and it can be induce to osteoblasts by using osteogenic induce culture. Conclusion : The condition for isolation and culture of hMSCs were established successfully, and some biological feature were observed. Which create a base for the further research using hMSCs as seed cells for bone tissue engineering. |
