| 摘 要： | 骨髓间充质干细胞是一种多能干细胞,实验研究证明,在一定条件下骨髓间充质干细胞可以向神经细胞分化,促进脑缺血损伤后神经功能的恢复,为缺血性脑血管病的治疗种子细胞提供了新的思路。现就骨髓间充质干细胞的特性,移植途径和方法,移植后的体内示踪技术,治疗进展及其作用机制等方面进行综述。

| Abstract: | Mesenchymal stem cells are a population of multipotent stem cells.Researches showed that MSCs,under certain conditions,could differentiate into neurons and promote the recovery of neurological function from cerebral ischemic injury.This article reviewed the properties of MSCs,transplantation options and approaches,tracking technique in vivo after transplantation,treatment development and mechanisms. |
