CD117蛋白在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及临床意义

目的探讨CD117蛋白在乳腺浸润性导管癌（invasive ductal carcinoma,IDC）中的表达及其与临床病理因素的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测40例原发性IDC患者组织标本中CD117蛋白、雌激素受体（ER）、孕激素受体（PR）、Her-2的表达情况,分析和评价乳腺癌相关临床病理因素（性别、年龄、TNM分期、组织学分级及淋巴结转移等）对IDC患者预后的影响。结果 CD117蛋白的表达与IDC组织学分级、TNM分期及淋巴结转移有关（P〈0.05）,其表达随组织学分级增加而增加,并与ER（r=5.28,P=0.03）、PR（r=4.67,P=0.04）、HER2（r=6.21,P=0.02）的表达均呈正相关。结论 CD117蛋白的表达在IDC的发生、发展中可能起着重要的作用,其检测是判断IDC患者预后的重要指标之一,可为乳腺癌的治疗提供新的靶点。

Expression of CD117 protein invative ductal carcinoma and its clinical significance

Objective To study the expression of CD117 protein in breast invasive ductal carcinoma（IDC） and its relation with clinical pathological factors.Methods Expressions of CD117 protein,ER,PR,Her-2 in 40 primary breast IDC patients were detected with immunohistochemistry S-P method.Effect of IDC-related clinical pathological factors,including gender,age,TNM staging,histological grade and lymph node metastasis,on prognosis of IDC,were analyzed and assessed.Results The expression of CD117 protein was related with the histological grade,TNM staging and lymph node metastasis of breast IDC（P 0.05）,and increased with the histological grade of breast IDC and was positively correlated with the expressions of ER（r=5.28,P=0.03）,PR（r= 4.67,P=0.04）,HER-2（r=6.21,P=0.02）.Conclusion Expression of CD117 protein may play an important role in the occurrence and development of breast IDC,and is one of the important indicators for the prognosis of IDC patients,thus providing a new target for the treatment of breast cancer.
