摘    要:目的分析不同性别老年高血压人群代谢综合征患病率及特点。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法对辽宁省阜新农村地区年龄≥65岁高血压患者1 637例,按不同年龄、体重指数(BMI)、血脂水平、血糖水平及高血压分级分为不同组分,进行流行病学调查和实验室检查。根据中华医学会糖尿病学分会关于代谢综合征诊断标准,分析不同性别老年人在代谢综合征各组分中患病率及特点。结果 (1)代谢综合征患病率随年龄的增长而降低,女性患病率明显高于男性。(2)代谢综合征患病率随BMl的升高而升高。(3)高TG患病率最高.其次为高LDL-C、低HDL-C和高TC。(4)在高血压各分级中女性患病率均高于男性。(5)代谢综合征患病率随血糖的升高而升高,女性患病率均高于男性。结论 (1)老年代谢综合征患病率随年龄的增长而降低,随BMI及血糖的升高而升高。(2)女性代谢综合征患病率明显高于男性,在高血压及血糖分层中女性患病率均高于男性。

The prevalence and characteristics of metabolic syndrome among the old people with hypertension
Abstract:Objective To analyze the prevalence rate and characteristics of metabolic syndrome (MS) in the old people of different sexes. Methods Using cluster multistratum sampling, epidemiological survey and laboratory examination were carried out in 1 637 country people with hypertension over 65 years old. MS was defined according to CDS. The prevalence rate in different sexes of the old people in every group of MS was analysed. Results (1)The prevalence rate of MS decreased with increasing age and was higher in females than in males. (2)The prevalence rate of MS increased with increasing body mass index(BMI), (3)The prevalence rate of MS was highest in high TG group with hyperlipoidemia. (4)The prevalence rate of MS was higher in females than in males in every grade of hypertension. (5)The prevalence rate of MS increased with increasing fasting plasma glucose(FPG) and was higher in females than in males. Conclusion (1) The prevalence rate of MS among the old people decreased with increasing age, and increased with increasing BMI and FPG. (2)The prevalence rate of MS was higher in females than in males,in females higher than in males in every grade of hypertension and FPG.
