| 摘 要： | 目的:评价益气祛瘀化痰汤对特发性肺纤维化(IPF)患者健康相关生存质量的影响。方法:将72例特发性肺纤维化患者随机分为治疗组38例和对照组34例,并在治疗前、后分别测量肺功能及圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)评分指标,观察其变化。结果:两组患者在治疗后健康相关生存质量均较治疗前明显改善,益气祛瘀化痰汤组较对照组改善更为明显。但两组治疗前后肺功能指标变化无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益气祛瘀化痰汤能够明显改善患者健康相关的生存质量。
