| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨应用颗粒脂肪移植治疗手老化症,以达术后手背组织皮肤细腻、脂肪丰满、形态正常的效果。方法：在脂肪堆积处,如腹部、大腿选择供区,应用肿胀麻醉法,采用注射器抽吸颗粒脂肪,经过处理后将适量脂肪注入手脂肪缺少部位。结果：1995年以来,为32例患有不同程度的手老化症病人、或手脂肪缺少症的患者进行了脂肪移植手术,取得了良好整形效果。结论：该方法对治疗手老化症效果满意。 |

| Abstract: | Objective After successful surgery with particle fat transplantation, the effect is satisfactory,the problems of progeria syndromes are perfectly solved. Methods Special areas are selected to supply the fat, such as abdomen or thighs, then the fat within the area is pumped out by a syringe with tumescent anesthesia measures.
