| 摘 要： | 目的 了解儿科门诊头孢菌素皮试情况,为是否需做皮试提供客观资料.方法 采用门诊西药房使用头孢菌素的儿科处方皮试结果统计和分析.结果 用头孢菌素原液皮试的有1419例,使用头孢菌素皮试阳性发生率2.40％.结论 头孢菌素用药前皮试有必要采用头孢菌素原液做皮试.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the skin test cases of cephalosporin in the pediatric clinic and provide the objective material for the need of the skin test.Methods The result of the skin tests of cephalosporin in the pediatric prescriptions of the outpatient pharmacy are investigated and analyzed.Results The 1419 cases adopted the original cephalosporin to do the skin tests and the positive rate of the skin tests of cephalosporin is 2.40%.Conclusion It is necessary to adopt the original cephalosporin to do the skin test before the use of cephalosporin. |
