腹腔镜肝切除治疗肝内胆管结石的围手术期护理

目的 总结腹腔镜肝切除治疗肝内胆管结石的术前、术后护理措施,提高护理质量.方法 对行腔镜肝切除治疗肝内胆管结石的17例患者的护理措施进行回顾分析.结果 17例患者手术均成功,较传统开腹手术术中出血少、术后并发症率低、住院时间短、术后恢复快、术后复发率与开腹无明显差异.结论 术前做好心理护理和准备,术后密切观察患者病情变化,注意术后并发症的发生,对腹腔镜肝叶切除治疗肝内胆管结石患者顺利恢复健康有重要意义.

Laparoscopic Liver Resection in the Treatment of Calculus of Intrahepatic Duct During Operation Period Nursing

Objective This paper summarizes the preoperative and postoperative nursing measures of laparoscopic liver resection treatment of hepatolithiasis,to improve nursing quality.Methods Retrospective analysis perioperative nursing of 17 patients undergoing laparoscopic hepatectomy.Results The 17 cases were operated successfully,patients in the laparoscopic hepatectomy group had less intraoperatie bleeding less and low postoperative complication rate than those in the open hepatectomy group,and these more rapid recoveries allowed for shorter hospitalizations.There were no significant differences between procedures in recurrence rate.Conclusion Do psychological care before surgery,observation of the patient’s condition changes,guard against the occurrence of postoperative complications,these are very important for patients undergoing laparoscopic hepatectomy.
